The heavy-duty slicer boasts anodized aluminum construction for quick and easy cleaning as well as a 1/2 HP continuous use motor. The S13 has a top mounted, removable sharpening system that utilizes long-lasting synthetic diamond surfaces for quick and easy sharpening and cleaning.
